Quinta takes its name from the baroque musical phrase, referring to a harmony in 5ths... a nod to the harmony between the five varieties in this blend: Tavkveri, Shavkapito, Danakharuli, Goruli Mtsvane and Chinuri. It's a blend of red and white varieties, fermented on skins (destemmed) for 5 days so it balances freshness with lots of plum fruit with firm tannins and acid.
