Untouched is an experiment in hands-off natural winemaking and boy is it a success... whole bunch, expressive Pinot with no cap management, additions of any sort, filtering, fining or new oak. The only winemaking decisions were when to pick, when to press and when to bottle. That said, it's not some wild, unruly, crazy wine. It's a silky, expressive, medium-weight, Nelson Pinot.
