This is an aromatic blend of Muscat, Riesling and Pinot Gris from Gisborne and Martinborough, mostly from the Millton Vineyard. Fermented in ceramic egg and Lances new (80 year old) huge Totara barrel with maceration ranging from a couple of weeks to four months. Textured, chalky and heady.
