Located in Nac, adjoined to the high terrace of Pomerol, the vines of Chateau Garraud Treytins spread over 46 hectares. 40ha in Lalande de Pomerol and 6 in Montagne Saint Emilion, these wines express the complexity and richness of their terroir. The domaine focuses on 3 varietals: Merlot (80%), Cabernet Franc (17%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (3%). The winery also started its conversion to all organic wines in 2019 and is currently overseen by Stephane Derenoncourt.
Almost black ruby hue, generous bouquet of sour cherry jam and spice. The palate shows lovely volume, with noticeable yet well-coated tannins, and a long, elegant finish.
