Super-fun, super-wild BLANK FRANK is named for the two varieties used, Cabernet Franc from Maraekakaho and Pinot Blanc from Eskdale. These are varieties that don't really have any place being together but here they have been co-ferment before being pressed into a 250l egg fermenter to integrate. It's bright pink with wild, earthy fruit; crunchy acid and a hint of funk. It's an unconventional and tasting just great!
