2023 Syrah. Earthy, spicy, floral, fruit-driven and just a little bit dirty, our 2023 Syrah is packed full of flavour and is drinking exceptionally well already.

2023 Syrah Rose. Despite the difficult 2023 vintage this is a vibrant wine, packed full of with berry and stonefruit notes and classically Syrah spice and florals to add complexity and depth.

AND

2023 Chardonnay. Fermented and aged in stainless steel it has charged, almost electric acidity making it an amazing wine with raw seafood and salads. Despite the cooler weather it also has soft citrus and green apple fruit notes and a generous richness from time spent on lees.

2024 Puma Pinot Gris. Grown organically at Manuteke, Gisborne Puma is inspired by the Pinot Grigio styles of Northern Italy this is a fresh, acid-driven wine with tons of green pear and hints of soft baking spice.

2024 Flamingo Rose. Grown organically and Manuteke, Gisborne Flamingo Rosé is bone dry with crunch, a creamy pallet weight and layers of rose petal, rhubarb and strawberry.

Bloody Vermouth. KU signature Vermouth made to showcase intense blood orange flavour and is ideal in a Negroni (we recommend switching out the gin for mezcal), Manhattan or over ice to sip.
