With a history in Champagne dating back to 1619, the Coutier family are now regarded as one of finest producers in Ambonnay, introducing Chardonnay to the Pinot Noir dominant village in 1946. The 9ha estate is now managed organically and the Cuvee Rose is 50% each Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
