A classic Champagne from a small family producer who have been making wines since 1949. This champagne has a lovely fine bead and plenty of brioche and bread notes. There’s a strong acid line which makes this incredibly refreshing and great as an aperitif. Apples, and white flowers along with the lovely yeast texture. This punches well above its weight in quality and value for money – our new go-to house champagne.
