There's a gentle mousse and delicate seashell, sea breeze notes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll grapes on the property are organically farmed, and the wines are made with no additives. This pet nat has been hand disgorged after a year of sittng on the lees in the bottle. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Pinot Noir was foot stomped and macerated for a short time with the Chardonnay hand picked on top and whole bunch pressed together.
