Arguably the most consistent sparkling wine made in NZ this is a stunner of a wine grown biodynamically in Bendigo, Central Otago. A blend of 76% Pinot and 24% Chardonnay this is an elegant, focused fizz with crunchy green apple, lime curd and brioche.
