A collaboration with Millton Vineyards this was grown on-site there using biodynamic techniques. It is a beautifully aromatic blend of 63% Muscat and 33% Marsanne that was de-stemmed without crushing then whole berry fermented for five days with some carbonic. Crushed and fermented in tank it was then transferred to demi-muids for 8 months. The result is a light, aromatic and incredibly balanced wine. There's plenty of acid, but its not overwhelming and there is an earthy, savoury spice tone underlying it. While definitely an orange wine this will surprise you with its lightness - and at 10% alcohol its light there too!
