Pale yellow colour with a fairly strong intensity, with notes of white flowers and white fruits on the nose. Fresh attack and light minerality on the palate. This is made from 100% Melon de Bourgogne, grown on soils consisting of largely rocks on rolling hillside, to clay and schist. Its is vinified in underground concrete vats, then matured on lees for a minimum of 6 months.
