This is a great take on Chenin with a Hawkes Bay edge. With racy acidity, its the perfect substitute for a Sav (and a whole heap more interesting than most!). 

Featuring zesty lemon, orange peel, green apples, lime, white florals and flint — its all about freshness. It’s crisp and clean (think freshly washed linen sheets) and dry as a bone. 

Try it with some fish and chips, preferably on the beach - the perfect match.
