Assyrtiko is the highly distinctive white wine of Greece. Grown traditionally on Santorini where its expression is mineral and austere; this wine has instead come from the fertile hills of Nemea. It retains the long acid line which makes Assyrtiko so food friendly but here it has a bright fruit flavours and a floral intensity. Think crisp white peaches, ripe citrus fruit and honeysuckle.
