This Pinot Noir Syrah blend is a collaboration with Cambridge Road in Martinborough using grapes from both the Cambridge Rd and Cirrus Estate vineyards. There's 93% Pinot Noir and 7% Syrah and the combination is perfectly balanced. 37% of the total had whole cluster fermentation and some carbonic maceration. The resulting wine, aged in tank with no oak to interfere with the fruit; is bright and elegant with classic Martinborough spicy, earthiness. Alongside that, the cool climate Syrah brings fabulous fruit and floral aromas. An enticing, complex wine that will keep you coming back for another sip.
