Dry, delicious, food friendly Provence rose from an estate which has been owned by the same family since 1740 and is one of only 18 in Provence designated Cru Classe. This is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault to produce a classic Rose - floral on the nose, with some lovely peach on the palate but finishing with a nice citrus sharpness which is wonderfully refreshing. And a pretty salmon pink in the glass - a real summer winner.
