Fermented using the natural yeasts present in the vineyard, the wine also spent 6 weeks on fine lees, giving it a beautiful, textural edge not often found in Australian Vermentino’s. Stone fruit and crisp pear on the nose, the palate opens all textural and tropical with notes of sour, juicy peach, before the classic Vermentino acid and brininess kicks to cleanse the pallet with a beautiful long finish. Perfect, thirst quenching summer white.
