Olivier Pithon is making great organic and biodynamic wines in the region of Roussilon. This is an unusual combination of Grenache Gris and Grenache Blanc which creates an elusive wine. With an initial nose of green tea, the first flavours are a mouthwatering salinity, quickly followed by floral notes. There's plenty of delicious fruit here too - think pineapple, quince and some refreshing lime. This is an extraordinary wine and we are fortunate to have secured a limited number of bottles.
