Dry and with the flavour of fresh, crisp apples, this is a lovely example of Savagnin from the Jura region of France. Jerome Arnoux was raised in the region and uses natural wine making methods to get the best from his carefully farmed grapes. Here he's used wild fermentation and time on skins along with no fining, minimal filtration and no sulphites. This is the perfect match for seafood based cuisine and loves Japanese-inspired food in particular.
