Gruner Veltliner is an amazingly food friendly wine. Don't be worried about the age - this is drinking just beautifully - plenty of acid, fruit forward and developing lovely spice on top of the bracing minerality. In fact, keep a bottle for another three or four years for even more development. Certified organic, this is a special wine from one of Central Otagos hero producers.
