Delicious, mouth-filling Chardonnay. Wild fermented in steel tanks then put through malolactic fermentation and left to age on lees for 12 months; this wine gets its complexity and lovely nutty aromas from the process rather than time spent in oak. Because of this, its a wonderfully pure expression of the fruit, while still having the creamy texture we look for in a Chardonnay.
