A return to form for this lovely, silky, fresh early-release orange wine from Cambridge Road. It is 65% Pinot Gris and 35% Riesling from the 21 year old Cirrus Vineyard in Martinborough. Fermented on skins for a short period before being aged in a combination of neutral oak and ceramic egg. Natural.
