Blend: Syrah and Pinot Noir whole bunch fermented, un-oaked

“Light” to reflect the luminosity of the 2020 vintage and a great year for Syrah. A lot of whole bunch, gentle extraction aiming for a bright fresh lighter-bodied style. The Syrah is from a certified organic Bridge Pa vineyard in the Bridge Pa Triangle.

On the eye: Plum, purple hue
On the nose: Violets and rose petals, blueberries, dark chocolate, black pepper/Mediterranean herb

On the palate: Fresh vibrant fruit, with sanguine notes, light body and bright acidity.
