Retsina is the taste of Greece. Gai'a are a modern winery taking the tradition of resinated wines that starts thousands of years ago, into a modern wine.
They use only the high quality Roditis grape from the hills of Corinth and add carefully calculated amounts of the resin from Pinus Halepensis during fermentation. The result is an elegant wine with a distinct aroma of woody herbs, especially rosemary. The pine aroma and flavour is present, but refined and balanced with great fruit and plenty of acid. This wine loves food and will take you straight to the Greek Island, sunshine and holiday vibes.
