Made by one of the great matriarchal Chateau of Provence and one of only 18 with Cru Classe status this is an unpretentious wine, fun to drink but with the hallmarks of a quality producer. Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah combine so there are plenty of red fruits but also the clean acid finish you'd expect of a much pricer Provence Rose. And it has a pretty bottle.
