Pale straw yellow colour with an elegant nose, with notes of orange blossom, Williams pear, lemon, and beeswax. It has a lively, full palate and a long, satisfying finish. Malvoise of Rousillon is also known for its aging potential - several years of careful cellaring will be rewarded.
