Teliani Valley are one of the largest wine producers in Georgia. This is a tradition method sparkling made from indigenous Georgian grapes. The bubbles are refined and delicate and there is the distinctive aroma of crisp green apples and pears along with white flowers and biscuit crumbs. Made semi- sweet this will stand up to a pavlova or similarly rich dessert but the clean, crisp finish means its never sickly sweet.
