This is a new wine for Jiménez-Landi made in a traditional style called Clarete, which is essentially a pink wine made by blending white and red (and in this case also rosé). It is 85% Garnacha and 15% Muscat from 90 year old vines grown at 550m above sea level. 50% whole-buch and 50% direct-press this is a bright, fruit-driven pink wine with lifed florals from the muscat.
"A light and delicate red with notes of fresh red fruit, citrus rind and dried herbs on the nose. Crunchy and sleek with tangy acidity, dusty tannins and a spicy edge to it. Balanced and refined, with notes of minerals to close."
