The flagship wine from Saorsa and one we are thrilled to have on the shelves! Powerful and rich this has loads of red berries and some plum. But the real interest comes from the graphite,  olives and licorice. It finishes with a touch of floral thyme. A beautiful wine to linger on, made by hand with minimal intervention.
