This is a wine that's all about texture. Grown in the heart of the Gimblett Gravels - this is rich, oily viognier at its best. The aromas and flavours tend to stonefruit - apricot and peach. There's the delicate floral perfume of jasmine and some delicious baking spice on the end. Not filtered or fined and with the most minimum of sulphur. This is a truly low intervention, hand-made wine.
