Holland Road are making nano-batch gins in their custom-made still. The process is hands on with enormous attention to detail - and particularly to the quality of the raw ingredients. These are gins where the aromatics and flavours are an integral part of the gin. Lovingly crafted and totally delicious. 

This gin is steeped in two stages in premium sugarcane base spirit before being slowly distilled in a one-shot process over 8 hours.

The vapour passes through a botanical chamber infusing it with a secondary hit of alpine juniper.

The flavour is upfront juniper berries, coriander seed and angelica root complimented with locally grown Seville orange, apricots and Morrison’s grapefruit. There are distinct notes of liquorice with traces of cardamom and a hint of fruity apricot at the finish.
