A New Zealand gin inspired by the flavours of India. Do not be fooled by the pretty pink colour - this is a serious gin with a big juniper kick - there's Himalayan juniper in there and its a big hitter. But there's also the delicate aroma of the rose petals and hibiscus flower and alongside that a lovely citrus tang. Perfect with a straight Indian tonic.
