Made in Roussillon from 100% Muscat d'Alexandrie, this is a luscious mouth-full of lemon, pineapple and exotic fruits. It is sweet - perfect with dessert or perhaps a creamy blue cheese - but definitely not cloying. Its also a delicious aperitif or drink it like they do in southern France - by the glass, on its own or with a spicy meal. The finish is fresh and clean. The vineyard has been certified organic since 2020 and maintaining biodiversity is a key part of the vineyard practice.
