A wonderfully fun bubbles made from Merlot. There's a carefully controlled touch of residual sugar which works well with the bright fruit flavours and good acidity. Brilliant pale pink in the bottle and with a persistent fine bead in the glass. There are aromas of rockmelon and freshly picked strawberries which lead into flavours of pomegranate and raspberry coulis on the palate. Chill it, pour it into a pretty flute and you've got springtime in a glass.
