Known Unknown is a critically acclaimed garagiste winery based in Ngāmotu New Plymouth that makes delicious lo-fi wine and aperitifs with organic grapes sourced from around the North Island. Known Unknown is owned and run by winemaker Jules van Costello and has been described in Viva magazine as "an urban winery doing exciting things" by food writer Jesse Mulligan.
