Lovely burnt orange colour and the flavours of dried apricot and fresh yellow plums. There's a great minerality and weightiness to this wine along with a clean acid line. Fantastic with a snack platter.
And listen to what winemaker SandRa has to say "Carrots and beetroots in their late winter prime were peeled, chopped and boiled then poured over dried cherries with freshly squeezed tangelo and lemon juice. Fermented for 3-4 months then bottle aged for 11 months."
