Holland Road are making nano-batch gins in their custom-made still. The process is hands on with enormous attention to detail - and particularly to the quality of the raw ingredients. These are gins where the aromatics and flavours are an integral part of the gin. Lovingly crafted and totally delicious. 

This gin features a selection of traditional botanicals that are steeped for over 48 hours with freshly harvested 10 year old wild ginseng root and raw Manuka honey. Each batch is then slowly distilled and the vapour passed through a botanical chamber infusing it with a selection of hand-picked naturally grown herbs and locally sourced organic green Yuzu.

Smooth with rooty flavours and distinct floral notes, its bottled at 47% ABV to capture all its herbaceous and earthy ingredients. Awarded a Silver Medal at the 2022 New Zealand Spirits Awards, this London Dry gin is slightly savoury but with a delicate citrus balance followed by a creamy finish with hints of gooseberry and vanilla.
