Grown in organic vineyards farmed by Kindeli in the Upper Moutere, Nelson this wine is a blend of Syrah (60%), Cabernet Franc (20%), and Malbec (20%). The grapes are hand harvested, destemmed, then co-fermented on skins for four days before being pressed to clay egg to finish ferment and for ageing. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with zero additions.
