The grapes for this textural white are all grown in Kindeli’s organic vineyards. The fruit is hand harvested, then macerated on skins overnight before all the varietals are co-fermented and aged in amphora (Spanish Tinajas) Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with zero additions.
