Albarino comes from Gallicia in the northwest of Spain but it has found a natural second home in the volcanic maritime climate of the Bay of Islands. Fermented in a mixture of large format, neutral oak and stainless steel, this a beautifully saline, citrus-driven expression of this grape that will complement any seafood dish. Flavours of early-season nectarine, mandarin blossom and seaspray. This is deliciously drinkable with every mouthful taking you to the seaside towns of Spain (or our own Bay of Islands!).
