Low intervention, organic, natural wine-making in Navarra. The Tinto is Grenache Noir; the Blanco Grenache Blanc and both are delicious! Fermented partially or fully in Amphora these wines remain fresh and d=fruit forward. The tinto is all about cassis and wild cherry; the blanco is intense stonefruit - peaches - but also nuts and flowers. Unfiltered and with minimal sulphur, these wines are a fabulous example of small scale natural winemaking by people with huge respect for their grapes and the terroir they reflect.
