Fen and Field are a small batch distillery in the Waikato producing exceptional spirits. Grain rom Canterbury is stonemilled, brewed then distilled. The result is a wonderfully clean gin with an underlying complexity. It has the soft texture and malty tones of Geneva and the stripped back refinement and resinous kick of a London Dry. Supporting this is a selection of botanicals that are fundamental to this style of gin – juniper berries, coriander seeds, orris root, angelica root, liquorice root and citrus peel. The end result is an unambiguous dry gin with an uncommon depth of flavour.
