Bright and delicately aromatic. Vermintino is closely associated with Sardinia and responds well to the Mediterranean climate. This is a beautifully fresh wine with loads of white flowers, white stone fruit and a little lychee. There's great acid balance, making it very refreshing and the perfect accompaniment to pre-dinner snacks. There's also a little salinity, a reminder that this is a wine from an island in the Mediterranean.
