Made in the Spanish region of Aragon in Somontano from Macabeo and Gewurztraminer which have spent time on skins. This is a very approachable orange wine with loads of candied fruit, orange skin and quince along with an excellent acid line which keeps it fresh. Having spent a week on skins there's a little tannin and a lot of complexity as well as a beautiful russet colour in the glass.
