Named after a daschund, there's nothing doggy or daggy about this lovely Blanc de Blanc. Its bone dry and full of crunchy green apple as well as brioche complexity. Its got a mid-weight mouthfeel and lots of energetic bubbles. Don't blame us if you feel the sudden urge to chase balls and butterflies after a glass or two.
