Hand-made Brut Nature with no added sulphur made from organic Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Hand-riddled and hand-disgorged, there  is the love Lucie and Brook have for the land and the wines they make from it in every bottle. Incredible value, this is a lovely methode with small persistent bubbles and a delicate apple and flowers aroma. There's plenty of lees complexity alongside the delightful freshness.
