This is Methode Traditionelle made using organically grown Pinot Noir that has macerated on skins overnight. There's vibrant colour, loads of fruit and spice but its also refreshingly dry. This bubbles is saying summer afternoon fun! Its Brut nature - no sugar and no added sulphur.
