Ripple Effect is the dry farmed hillside vineyard and winery of Jeremy and Cata in Marlborough. Hand-harvested and wild fermented these are fabulously fun and drinkable wines. Vesper is a co-ferment of Riesling and Chardonnay which manages to combine the best of both grapes  - textured but still fresh and full of flavour.
