Made in the Bay of Islands, this is a sophisticated vermouth with the flavour of the Far North. The base wines are Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris and Chardonnay, fortified with distilallates of Kerikeri Lemon, Kawakawa, Kumarahou, Tarata, Manuka and Kanuka Flowers and Pink Peppercorn. Strong enough to just splash some tonic into, delicious enough to have over ice and a fantastic addition to cocktails. This vermouth will have you out on the bush trails of Northland without ever having to leave your sunlounger.
