A. Bergere are a family-run champagne house. Small grower champagnes are not just a trend - they are definitely better value for money and we think a hundred times more interesting than the generic brands of the big Houses. This wine is 70% Chardonnay 20% Pinot Noir 10% Meunier and has bright fruit on the nose and palate. There's a fine bead and lots of lemon sherbet but with brioche and a refined toastiness underneath. The name comes from the fact that the grapes are sourced from the three historic villages of the domain: Ferebrianges, Etoges and Congy. A small house Champagne pushing well above its weight, its become the Cult Team fave for celebrations.
